Founder
Ishrath Aleem is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and a celebrated Learning & Development leader with over 25 years of experience shaping talent strategies in banking and beyond. As the founder of T&D Consulting, she brings award-winning expertise to designing and delivering bespoke training programs that drive real impact. Known for her storytelling approach and sharp strategic thinking, Ishrath partners with organizations to future-proof their workforce through curriculum design, agile leadership development, and end-to-end project execution. With deep roots in the financial sector and a growing presence across industries, she continues to transform how learning is imagined, implemented, and measured in the UAE and MENA region.
Israa Javed
Managing Partner
Israa is a marketeer by profession and comes with a wealth of experience having worked at dynamic UAE based start-ups such as Namshi and Noon. She further enhanced her experience while working with multiple clients from different industries in the Middle- East at boutique consultancies. She has trained customer service agents and semi- government teams on effective communication and how to handle difficult customers in the region, focusing on Saudi and UAE. Israa is an Everything DiSC® certified coach and with her background, she uses her experiences to create interactive presentations and have in-depth coaching sessions with individuals to achieve success.
